Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Information We Collect

Account information you provide (email, username); usage data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited); your Telegram chat ID if you connect for signal alerts; and, only if you use those features, the wallet or exchange connection details needed to provide them. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor, so we receive confirmation of payment and billing metadata but do not store your full card number ourselves. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the Platform and your account; process subscriptions and payments through our payment processor; deliver alerts you have opted into; secure the Platform and prevent abuse; understand and improve how the Platform is used; and comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Platform (under confidentiality obligations), with authorities where legally required or to protect our rights and users, and with a successor entity in a merger or acquisition. Some providers may be located overseas, meaning your information may be processed outside Australia.

4. Telegram Alerts

Your Telegram chat ID is stored solely to deliver the signals and alerts you opt into. You can disconnect at any time. We do not share your Telegram identity with third parties.

5. Marketing and Alerts

Service messages relating to your account, billing, and security are necessary while you hold an account. Signal alerts, newsletters, and promotional messages are optional — you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for session management and authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies and do not sell browsing data.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for the purposes described here or to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure credential storage, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected users of any material security breach involving personal data as required by law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. In Australia you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

10. Third-Party Links and Data

The Platform displays data from, and may link to, third-party sources and services (for example market-data providers, exchanges, and charting embeds). Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance.
