It is not a financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment service, and nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All signals, scores, reasoning, and track records are general information only, do not take into account your personal circumstances, and are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your use of the Platform. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any decision.
Trading is high-risk and you can lose some or all of your capital. Crypto assets, tokenized assets, perpetual futures, and meme tokens are volatile and speculative; leveraged positions can be liquidated in full. Past performance is not indicative of future results — any track record, win rate, or expectancy shown is a record of what happened, not a promise of what will happen. Signals can be wrong. Any automated trading features operate on real capital and carry the same or greater risk; you are responsible for any funds, wallets, or accounts you connect or authorise. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
We aim to present our record honestly: small sample sizes are labelled as such, excluded periods are disclosed rather than hidden, and known data limitations are noted where practical. Nonetheless, all data is provided on an as-is basis and may contain errors, delays, or gaps. You should independently verify anything before acting on it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, and any trading you undertake, is lawful in your jurisdiction — the Platform may not be appropriate or available in all locations, and some markets or features may be restricted where you are. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and any connected wallets or exchange accounts.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription; current tiers and pricing are shown on the Platform. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing on notice; changes do not affect your current paid period.
The Platform integrates data from third parties including Hyperliquid, DexScreener, CoinGecko, Polymarket, TwelveData and others. We do not control these sources and do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, and are not liable for errors in third-party data. The Platform is provided on an as-available basis and may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable at times.
You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its data; scrape, resell, or redistribute its data or signals except as expressly permitted under an applicable tier; interfere with or overload the Platform; or use it to breach the rules of any exchange or market.
All Platform content, software, signals, models, scoring systems, written analysis, branding, and the Chronos Terminal name and marks are owned by Chronos Terminal or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your subscription, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your own personal or internal business use. No other rights are granted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that signals will be profitable or the service uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chronos Terminal is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its output. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
You agree to indemnify Chronos Terminal against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your trading activity, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or where reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or other users. You may stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the payment terms above.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the relevant Australian jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-excludable rights you have where you live. The incorporated operating entity for the Platform is being formalised, and its full company details will be added here upon registration.
